After performing your Energy Audit you will recieve a Home Assessment Report. This report will inform you of all of the energy deficiencies within your home and make appropriate recomendations. 

   We will then contact you to go over your report.  If you are interested in having any or all of the work completed, we will work with you to develope a workscope.

 

    YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOOK FOR OR SELECT A CONTRACTOR !!!

 

     We are also A BPI certified Goldstar contractor! 

 

Once the workscope and contract are setup, we can start work on your energy upgrades.

 

Some common areas of focus on a residential retrofit are:

• Insulation, primarily roof/ceiling/attic and secondary walls and floor

• Retrofitting heating equipments in older houses, results in household savings of 30–80% due to cut in energy-use and a reduction of CO2-outlets by 30–100%.

• Thermostats in all rooms

• Plugging air leaks.

• Tuning up heating and cooling (HVAC) systems.

• Switching to compact fluorescent light bulbs and/or LED light bulbs

• Choosing appliances with low energy consumption. In the United States, this is certified by the Energy Star.

 

  After the work is complete, your home will recieve a Post-Audit that will document the results of the energy upgrades.
